Yes! Once you've added a kit to your cart you can add an order note. Enter your gift message there - and make sure to say who the gift is from.

If you have a multiple kit order and would like different gift notes in each kit, please reach out using our contact page.

All of our orders are shipped with FedEx 2-day shipping.

Orders shipped on Thursday will generally be delivered on the following Saturday, though there are exceptions for some business and rural addresses. Saturday is a delivery day but not a shipping day for FedEx. Orders shipped on Friday will arrive the following Tuesday.

Orders going to a PO box will be shipped with USPS.

Orders placed before 1PM PST M-F will ship same day. Orders placed later in the day or on the weekend will ship the next business day.

We ship anywhere in the US.

If it has been over two business days since your order shipped and it has not been delivered, please reach out through our contact page.

Including your order number and tracking number in your message will help us find your order more quickly.

We do not take returns for kits. Please reach out through our contact page if there was a problem with your order.

For large orders we are able to ship kits individually to many addresses via FedEx Express or in bulk to a single address via FedEx Ground.
